Materials & Process
Diasec Mount
A premium face-mounting process where the print is sealed behind crystal-clear acrylic glass and bonded to an aluminum backing. Produces extraordinary depth, luminosity, and color saturation. UV-resistant, archival to 75+ years. Produced by Grieger, Germany.
Vibrachrome
Duggal's proprietary process that infuses dyes directly into a specially coated aluminum surface. Produces vivid, saturated colors with a luminous, almost backlit quality. Extremely durable — scratch-resistant, waterproof, and UV-stable. Produced by Duggal, New York.
Hahnemühle
Germany's oldest artist paper manufacturer (est. 1584). Their museum-grade cotton rag papers are the gold standard for archival pigment printing — acid-free, 100% cotton, with a natural felt texture. Used by galleries and museums worldwide. hahnemuehle.com
Giclée
From the French 'gicler' (to squirt). A fine art printing process using microscopic droplets of archival pigment ink on museum-grade paper or canvas. Produces prints with exceptional color accuracy and detail that are stable for 100+ years under proper conditions.
LED Lightbox
A bespoke backlit display frame with integrated LED panels that illuminate the artwork from behind, creating a luminous, immersive viewing experience. The image is printed on translucent fabric and tension-mounted in a slim aluminum frame. Produced by Duggal, New York.
ChromaLuxe MetalPrint
Dyes infused directly into specially coated ChromaLuxe aluminum at 400°F. Produces vivid, luminous images with extraordinary detail. Scratch-resistant, waterproof, and UV-stable — image stability 2–4× traditional photo papers. Produced by Bay Photo Lab.
Face-Mounted Acrylic
Fine art print sealed behind polished optical-grade acrylic (1/4") and backed with DiBond aluminum composite. Creates extraordinary depth and luminosity with a glass-like surface. UV-resistant, museum-grade. Produced by Bay Photo Lab.
Fujiflex Crystal Archive
Silver halide photographic paper face-mounted to polished acrylic. Ultra-smooth high-gloss surface with warmer tones and richer colors than inkjet prints. The premium choice for photographic acrylics. Produced by Bay Photo Lab.
Epic Print
Fujiflex silver halide paper printed at up to 610 DPI — 4× the resolution of traditional prints — laminated onto aluminum composite. Sharp, durable, gallery-ready. No glass needed. Produced by Bay Photo Lab.
